1. Cancellation Policy

Customers can cancel their bookings subject to the following conditions:

• Nursing Services: Cancellation allowed up to 4 hours before scheduled time with full refund
• Ambulance Services: Cancellation allowed up to 1 hour before scheduled time
• Medical Equipment: Cancellation allowed before equipment dispatch
• Lab Tests: Cancellation allowed up to 6 hours before scheduled appointment
• Physiotherapy: Cancellation allowed up to 12 hours before scheduled session
• Elder Care: Cancellation allowed with 24 hours notice for ongoing services

2. Refund Policy

Refunds will be processed based on the following criteria:

• Full refund for cancellations made within the allowed time frame
• 50% refund for cancellations made after the allowed time but before service commencement
• No refund for cancellations made after service commencement
• Full refund in case of service unavailability from our side
• Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days

3. Medical Equipment Rental

Specific conditions for medical equipment rental:

• Full refund if cancelled before equipment dispatch
• 50% refund if cancelled within 24 hours of delivery
• No refund after 24 hours of equipment delivery
• Security deposit refund within 3 business days after equipment return

4. Emergency Services

For emergency services like ambulance, cancellation may not be possible once the vehicle is dispatched. Refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis for genuine emergencies.
